What you get from this tool
The Nervous Speaker Coach gives you a tailored plan for calming your nerves and speaking well, based on what you are actually worried about and the kind of event you are speaking at.
Rather than generic tips about picturing the audience in their underwear, you get practical steps that match your speech, your fears, and the time you have left before the big day.
Who it is for
If you have a speech coming up and the thought of it is keeping you awake, this is for you. It works whether you are giving a best man speech, a work presentation, a wedding toast, a eulogy, a school assembly talk, a conference session, or a pitch to a room of strangers.
It is aimed at people who do not speak in public often and feel out of their depth, but it is also useful if you speak regularly and still get hit by anxiety every time. You do not need any experience or training to use it, and you do not need to have written your speech yet.
How it works
You answer a short set of questions about your speech, the event, how much time you have to prepare, and what specifically makes you nervous, whether that is shaking hands, going blank, crying, rushing, or being judged. You then get a plain English plan covering how to prepare in the days before, how to settle yourself in the minutes beforehand, and what to do if things wobble on the day. It takes a few minutes to complete, it is free, and your answers are not saved or shared.
