What this tool does

The Speech Improver takes a draft you have already written and gives you a proper second opinion on it. You paste in your words, tell us a bit about the occasion and the mood you want, and you get back honest notes on what is working, what is not, and a tidied up version you can actually stand up and read.

The feedback covers the things that tend to trip people up when they read a speech out loud: the shape of it, whether the tone matches the moment, where it drags, and where the emotional beats land or miss.

Who it is for

It is aimed at people giving a speech at a wedding, a big birthday, a retirement do, a funeral or memorial, a work leaving party, or any occasion where you want to get it right and only have one go. Best man, maid of honour, father of the bride, mother of the groom, mate giving a eulogy, manager saying goodbye to a colleague, it works for all of them.

How it works

Paste your draft into the box, add a few details about the event, the audience, and the feel you are going for, then submit. You will get written feedback in plain English covering structure, tone, pacing, and impact, followed by a rewritten version that keeps your stories and your voice but tightens the words around them. Nothing you paste in is saved, and you can run it as many times as you like until the speech feels right. If you want to change a specific bit afterwards, just edit it yourself or run the improved version back through for another pass.
